Local practices and social evenings are informal, everyday-clothes affairs — usually free to come and watch, with perhaps a small donation towards the room. Scheduled events run from a single day to a full week of camping, with historic-style clothing and a site fee for everyone attending: from a few pounds or euros for a day, to around £/€100 for a full weekend with meals and a bed, with camping events varying by size and length.
