The Marshal-in-Charge is an authorized Marshal who has the responsibility for combat activities at a particular event. The do not have to personally marshal but they are responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient marshal cover for all combat activities at the event. They also must issue a report to the Insulae Draconis Knight Marshal (Drachenwald Earl marshal for Kingdom events)
